Span 1: extreme viscosity sculpture by Mark Welsh @markiedoodle - featuring a heavy steel ball that descends through a very viscous fluid while a bubble of air ascends. It takes two hours and 15 minutes for the ball to move to the bottom- shown here in time lapse at more than 100x speed. Note the strange phenomena that occurs when the ball collides with the bubble.
