We caught up with actress Shaylee Mansfield at the Children’s & Family Creative Arts Emmys where she was a presenter. At only 13 years old, the actress made history as one of the first-ever deaf actors to be credited for animated ASL work for her role in "Madagascar: A Little Wild."
