What do you call these?? We call this Dal Pitha, I made in this week’s meal prep and everyone loved it. I still need some practice to get it right but the taste was 👍 It’s healthy and can be used for both lunch and snack. 📌Here is how I made it: 1) Soak Chana Dal for 3-4 hours, grind coarsely with ginger, garlic, green chili. In a pan add some mustard oil, add jeera, onion and coarse dal, then add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and garam masala. Let it cool down. 2) Now prepare the dough
