The role of Patient Care Coordinator is one of PMC’s newest patient services. Following a visit to a PMC provider, patients with questions or those who need help navigating their next steps now have direct access to someone who can assist them. PMC Care Coordinators are able to offer assistance with patient questions about prescriptions, follow-up appointments, lab results or results from diagnostic tests such as MRI or CT scans.
