On May 1, 18-year-old Ryan Hinton was fatally shot by a Cincinnati police officer during a pursuit involving a stolen vehicle in East Price Hill. Police responded to a report of a stolen car, and when officers approached, four individuals, including Ryan, fled. Body camera footage shows Ryan running, and an officer shouted that he had
