At least two people have been killed in the Philippines as Super Typhoon Fung-wong makes landfall. Strong winds and rain are battering parts of the country with power cuts reported in the north. More than one million people have been evacuated from vulnerable areas including the capital Manila. The storm comes less than a week after Typhoon Kalmaegi's deadly rampage.
