Three years ago my daughter Emery found a helpless baby squirrel on the sidewalk of a really busy road near her school. Her eyes were still closed she was skinny and dehydrated. After a little research I learned how to raise her and got welcomed into the sweetest squirrel community online (even though I still had no clue if she was a boy or girl which is how she ended up with the name “Thomas”). 😂 After her release, she chose a big tree in my backyard.. a friend brought me two more rescues, Emm
