This summer, contractor Granite Construction completed built a roundabout at the busy SR 9/Bickford Avenue intersection in Snohomish in just five days! This process normally takes months as most of the time traffic is not completely blocked/detoured away from the work, meaning crews have to work around that. To accomplish this, we closed SR 9 in Snohomish and crews worked around-the-clock to not only build the roundabout but shift how traffic uses the busy intersection of SR 9 and Bickford Avenu
