Sixty years after Simon & Garfunkel released this song, we find ourselves once again in a world deeply divided. “People talking without speaking - people hearing without listening.” If you recognize some of the singers here, it’s because they also opened the Tony Awards earlier this year. Singing with them on Rosh Hashanah was both a privilege and a reminder that sometimes the most powerful prayer is found not in the noise, but in the stillness. Let us all learn to listen more and speak less. I
