PRAC - The Parachute Regiment Aptitude Course sits between the Army Assessment Centre and PARA recruit training. ⁣ ⁣ It allows PARA instructors to assess potential recruits and ensure they are capable of passing the Combat Infantry Course ⁣(PARA).⁣ ⁣ As there are physical tests, we have developed a simple programme for potential recruits to follow, or just for you to try at home. ⁣ ⁣ We will release the programme every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday to be completed the following day. ⁣ ⁣ Good luck
