CNN's Atika Shubert is at Valencia Airport in Spain where the country's power grid has been hit with a major outage on Monday. Portugal's grid operator Redes Energéticas Nacionais said electrical supply was lost across the entire Iberian Peninsula, and in parts of France, shortly after midday.
