Robert Weiler Co. is working with Falco Smith & Kelley Ltd., Moody Nolan and the owners of Spaghetti Warehouse to redevelop the site into a mixed-use complex with affordable housing. Skip Weiler, president of Robert Weiler Co., said the firm is still finalizing design of the buildings.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Crews have commenced the demolition of the historic Spaghetti Warehouse building in Franklinton. The 134-year-old structure, located along West Broad Street, is set to be redeveloped into a high-rise.
