This is not the first time Gaga has taken a spill in Sin City. The singer and actor had a much scarier incident during her Las Vegas Enigma residency back in 2019. While inviting a fan on stage to dance with her, she wrapped her legs around his waist to let him carry her.

Aside from the singer's small slip, the Mayhem Ball tour has kicked off without a hitch. Gaga opened the trek July 16 in Vegas, playing a total of three shows at T-Mobile Arena. She'll next make stops in San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and New York City.

Lady Gaga took the stage with a makeup-free face for her closing performance on the MAYHEM Ball Tour. The singer last went barefaced onstage for her viral 2023 Oscars performance.
