The crowd outside St. Peter's Basilica erupted as black smoke began to seep from the Sistine Chapel Wednesday night.

In total, 133 cardinals will be voting during this conclave, the most electors ever, with 108 of them being appointed by Pope Francis.

The agreement includes the purchase of all major equipment on city ambulances, plus an eight-year extended warranty and maintenance services.
