Carlos Narvaez's RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning drove in David Hamilton with the game-winning run as the Boston Red Sox beat the visiting New York Yankees 2-1 Friday night in the opener of a three-game series.

After Judge extended the game with a dramatic game-tying home run in the top of the ninth inning, ex-Yankee Carlos Narváez won it for the Red Sox.
