Western New York students had a chance to weigh in on a proposed statewide “bell to bell” cellphone ban in schools.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand said she supports a new plan from Gov. Kathy Hochul to ban cell phones, bell-to-bell in schools.

Hochul and Trump are expected to discuss several topics, including building an energy pipeline, the future of Penn Station, Trump's tariffs and congestion pricing.
