The man who was allegedly driving impaired when he caused a crash that killed a woman on Wednesday has been identified.

CHULA VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man was killed in a crash near Otay Lake in Chula Vista on Friday, authorities said. The crash occurred around 11:45 a.m. on Otay Lakes Road, east of Wueste Road.
