At least two passengers on Delta Flight 4819 are suing the airline and its subsidiary Endeavor Air for severe physical injuries and emotional distress.

Delta Airlines is offering $30,000 to every passenger aboard the Monday flight that crashed upon landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. An airline spokesperson told HuffPost “Delta Care Team representatives are telling customers this gesture has no strings attached and does not affect rights.
