The victim, identified as Shanntrell Bell, was taken to the hospital by her friends around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday. Bell died while at the hospital.

DeKalb County police say they’re not sure yet if the woman was involved in the fight that led up to the shooting, or if she was an innocent by-stander.
