As the gaming community celebrates the recent reveal of the Switch 2, Nintendo’s new console seems to have impacted Steam Deck sales.

The Steam Deck is normally within the top five of Steam's Top Sellers list, but something shifted the week that the Nintendo Switch 2 was announced.

Nintendo officially revealed the Nintendo Switch 2 last month, showing off a console that looked very similar to its predecessor, albeit larger and slicker. At the time, the company also revealed that a Nintendo Direct stream focused on the Switch 2would take place in early April,
