The Dallas Cowboys pulled off a blockbuster trade on Wednesday morning, and it could be signaling a major shift in the franchise.

The Dallas Cowboys made a major move on Wednesday, adding a much-needed offensive playmaker at wide receiver by agreeing to a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Cowboys sent George Pickens and a 2027 sixth-round pick to Pittsburgh in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick.

Brian Schottenheimer also gets a guy called “truculent” and a “problem receiver” by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, citing his “temperament on the field” and “repeated” team violations that “became burdensome to his teammates and coach Mike Tomlin.”
