Garrett has emerged as one of the top defensive players in the NFL since he was drafted in 2017. Over his eight seasons, he has recorded 352 tackles, 116 tackles for loss, and 102.5 sacks. Throughout his career, Garrett has received six Pro Bowl selections, four first-team All-Pro selections and was named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.

The Browns are in such an awkward spot organizationally. Yet as the holders of the No. 2 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, Cleveland can make a maneuver that can benefit the club in the short term and provide the team extra ammo potentially needed to pick a quarterback in next year's draft.
