Providence and nurses at its eight Oregon hospitals have reached a tentative agreement after 26 days of strike

An Amber Alert has been issued for a pregnant Wisconsin teen, who police believe is with the 40-year-old man who impregnated her. Providence hospitals reached a tentative contract agreement with the health system’s leaders late Tuesday amid a strike that has lasted 26 days. The deal covers nearly 5,000 Providence nurses who walked off the job on Jan.

Union members still need to ratify the contract. Voting is set to start Thursday morning and end Friday afternoon.
