Golden, the breakout song from animated film KPop Demon Hunters, has clinched the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 - bagging yet another record for the Netflix summer flick. The film, about K-pop girl band Huntr/x who uses music to protect humans from demons, has become Netflix's most-watched animated film since its release in June.

"Golden" is the ninth K-pop song to top the Billboard Hot 100 after six BTS songs ("Savage Love [Laxed - Siren Beat]," "Dynamite," "Life Goes On," "Butter," "Permission To Dance," and "My Universe"), Jungkook's "Seven," and Jimin's "Like Crazy" — the latter two solo releases by BTS members.
