The world’s largest asset manager plans to raise $400 billion from clients by 2030 for its funds that invest in private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and other so-called alternatives to public stocks and bonds.

(Reuters) -BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said on Thursday he was not planning to leave the asset manager anytime soon. Fink said BlackRock had a strong leadership team, despite some of the firm's senior leaders moving on in recent years.

BlackRock Inc., the world’s largest asset manager, boosted its annual revenue target for 2030 and said it’s aiming for $400 billion in private-markets fundraising by then.

The Larry Fink-led asset manager's revenue "aspiration" comes as it aims to secure a top-five spot in the infrastructure and private credit space, according to its CFO.
