Tom Kane, a staple in various children's animated shows and numerous video game franchises, has died at the age of 64. Representatives for Kane confirmed the news of his passing to TMZ, citing complications from a stroke the voice actor suffered in 2020.

Legendary voice actor Tom Kane of Overland Park voiced Yoda in projects such as “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and dozens of other characters in his career.

Among the roles Kane voiced over his many years with Star Wars were Jedi Master Yoda, the narrator of the TV series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Admiral Yularen, Qui-Gon Jinn and many more.
