Jalen Brunson comes up short in crunch time as struggling Knicks fall in ugly road loss to Suns
Trying to drag his struggling squad to a road win, Brunson shot just 1-for-6 in the fourth quarter with two turnovers, both in the final 95 seconds of a 112-107 defeat to the Suns on Friday. The most consequential occurred with 13.5 seconds left, when Brunson threw an errant pass that was deflected by Grayson Allen.
Phoenix was without Jalen Green (right hamstring strain) and two-way player Jamaree Bouyea (concussion protocol). The Phoenix Suns have limited Memphis Grizzlies to 38.3% shooting in building their largest lead of the game, 65-47, at the half.
