The Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos put on a nearly unwatchable game in prime time. And Denver was slightly less hideous.
The Raiders ended their first drive of the game with Cole punting the ball into the coffin corner to force the Broncos to start their first drive from the 2-yard line. The Broncos promptly went three-and-out with Crawshaw shanking his kick. The ball went out of bounds at the 41 for what was recorded as a 30-yard punt.
The Broncos won this game despite totaling just 220 yards of offense. Going into Thursday night, NFL teams had been 0-24 over the past year in games where they scored 10 points or less with under 220 yards of offense, which tells you how rare this win was.
