Drivers heading out on their morning commute after the long weekend will want to brace for delays. A vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in the far Northwest Side of San Antonio on Tuesday, January 20, has sparked a major traffic disturbance.

PennDOT has also restored the speed limits on Interstates 79, 86 and 90 in Erie County. They were previously reduced to 45 mph due to the conditions.
