Phone Link is a helpful app from Microsoft that lets you manage texts, calls, and more that you receive on your Android device right from your Windows PC.

Wait for your PC to finish connecting with your Android. Once the setup is complete, click "Continue." You can now go to the Messages tab on Phone Link to view your text conversations.
