On-campus demonstration kitchens are promoting engagement and well-being at some institutions, with cooking classes, nutrition coaching, meal planning workshops and more on the menu.

On April 17 in the new Lifespace Center at Lyster Army Health Clinic, Lyster rolled out its new cooking demonstration classes, free to anyone interested in learning new, healthy recipes.
