Kurt Kitayama finished a sizzling weekend with a final-round 65 to win the 3M Open on Sunday, beating Sam Stevens by one stroke for his second PGA Tour victory. Kitayama, who shot a career-best and tournament-record-tying 60 on Saturday to enter the final round within one of the leaders,

Kitayama won the 2023 Arnold Palmer Invitational for his first Tour victory, and navigated the 18th hold delicately on Sunday, needing par for victory. He hit his second shot into a green-side bunker, but got to within 17 feet from there on the par-5 hole and two-putted for the win.
