Singer-songwriter icon Pitbull will headline at Gilbert Regional Park on Nov. 8 for the Party in the Park event.

“Party in the Park showcases Rochester’s vibrant Downtown and our longstanding love for music,” said Mayor Malik D. Evans in a press release.
