MSNBC is set to drop Joy Reid's "The ReidOut," which will air its final show on the network this week, TheWrap has learned. The cancellation is part of Rebecca Kutler's vision for the network moving forward.

Meanwhile, anchor Alex Wagner is stepping back into a contributor position.As MSNBC looks to overhaul its weekly lineup, network mainstay Joy Reid is on her way out.Reid — a longtime anchor at the network who reportedly signed a new contract with the Comcast-owned channel in 2024 — will host her final episode of The ReidOut this week,
