After competing against Tyler Warren in the CFP Indianapolis Colts' rookie quarterback Riley Leonard is now happy to have Tyler Warren on his team.

The Colts focused on players with plenty of college experience and success in the 2025 NFL Draft as general manager Chris Ballard attempted to fill the remaining holes on the roster. Many of the selections from the Colts' draft class are expected to contribute immediately, especially the All-American tight end out of Penn State.

To no one’s surprise, Warren was listed as a “virtual lock” to be named the Colts’ day one starter. There isn’t much competition at the position, so Warren should have free rein to hoard as many snaps and targets as he desires.
