Coastal Carolina holds the best record in the country sitting at 51-11 overall. The Chanticleers are currently on a 21-game winning streak and have not lost a game in six weeks. Auburn’s pitching rotation is led by senior righthander Samuel Dutton (7-3, 3.84), who has 92 strikeouts and 19 walks in 82 innings.
Coastal Carolina has reached the NCAA baseball tournament 21 times in program history. The first appearance of the Chanticleers came in the 1991 season. They did not make it back until 2001, but have made it 20 times in the last 25 seasons, including four years in a row.
