In drafting wide receiver Luther Burden III, the Chicago Bears continued to add playmaking options at the skill positions for quarterback Caleb Williams.

The hope this year is that the team’s top two picks give Williams easier throws, personnel mismatches and an advantage he didn’t have last season.
