The Milwaukee Bucks are trading Khris Middleton to the Washington Wizards for Kyle Kuzma, CBS Sports NBA insider Bill Reiter confirmed Wednesday. In addition to Kuzma and Middleton, the deal also includes AJ Johnson and a pick swap going to the Wizards.

But Kuzma has taken quite a dive this year. He’s hit a career-low 28.1 percent from three and 42 percent from the field. He’s down from 22.2 ppg to 15.2. Bleh. He’s got over $40 million left on his deal through 2027, while Middleton has a player option for 2025-26.

ESPN's Shams Charania reported Wednesday that the Bucks traded Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson and a pick swap to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Kyle Kuzma, Patrick Baldwin Jr. and second-round draft pick compensation.

The Bucks reportedly will pair Kyle Kuzma with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard while sending NBA champion Khris Middleton to the Wizards.
