The Auburn Tigers men’s basketball team continues their dance in this month’s tournament. Auburn took down Michigan State over the weekend to advance to the Final Four. They’re set to take on their SEC rival Florida Gators on Saturday for a chance to play for the national championship.

The Gators won the only regular-season matchup between the two SEC rivals in February when they came into Auburn and left with an impressive road victory. Florida also went on to win the SEC tournament, although both programs landed No. 1 seeds in the Big Dance.

The Auburn All-American had no major-college offers coming out of high school. Now he’s the cog for the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.

That impressive end to the regular season and Southeastern Conference tournament championship helped Florida earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament. Florida made it to the Final Four by beating Norfolk State, UConn, Maryland and Texas Tech.
